I searched for the lyrics to this specific version of Midnight Special, and couldn't find them anywhere. I decided to transcribe them myself, with my poor hearing ( deaf in one ear, and poor hearing in the other ). I did my best, and welcome any corrections ( the formatting is lost after posting this, and I am not sure why, so you will need to put in the appropriate spacing, etc... ):
