CenturyLink This phone cable box has been like this for over 2 weeks now ( after the most recent "repair", which was essentially just propping it up in a standing position ) on East Trails End Rd in Floral City, Florida 34436. It is approx.: 1/4 mile off of Highway 48 on the right hand side, just after the big curve, before you get to the first big hill. It is right in front of a big pasture.
It has been previously reported to you on 08-31-2015, and it was never repaired.
Could this possibly be why so many customers on this road are getting poor phone service, and very poor DSL Internet service?
Are the residents in this area of such little importance to you?
There have have been enough customers reporting poor service in this area, and we as a community are asking that #CenturyLink fix the problems that we are all encountering.
