Can I please ask a favor of my friends and fellow members: Even if there isn't anyone in your immediate circles that have Congenital Rubella Syndrome, there's bound to be someone out there that this post will reach via ripple effect, who does have Congenital Rubella Syndrome, or is a caregiver for someone who has it.
